Souleart Paintings

Michelle works with the abstract and the archetypal to create spiritually evocative dimensional works of art. Color and texture express the timeless oneness of all that is. Using acrylic on canvas, gemstones are sometimes added to give further dimensionality and grounding. She has worked in the arts for over twenty-five years as a professional artist and in gallery management and sales in Carmel, CA, Santa Fe, NM and Palm Beach, FL. She is an exhibiting artist in various galleries and also leads creativity workshops. She has recently relocated to the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina in Asheville.

At times, poems of the ancient mystics, such as Rumi or Hafiz, are used directly on the canvas. Gemstones are added to bring both dimensionality and grounding. The paintings evoke the timeless oneness of all that is.
